Our
Code of Conduct
The
ministerial ethics of our church
These are brief statements
about the ministerial ethics by which our ministry to the military is conducted.
If you have any questions or comments about them we would be happy to discuss
them with you. Simply email us your questions or comments by clicking on
the mailbox at the bottom of the page.

Evangelism
Evangelism is the mandate
of Jesus Christ to the Church and the obligation of each of His followers.
The Lord commands us to go out and make disciples of all people on the
earth. Each person is first responsible to evangelize in their own family
as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability; and then in their
wider sphere of influence: their friends, people in their work places,
and so on to the farthest reaches of the earth.

Call of Christ
Jesus
Christ has called us to be evangelists
and has equipped us with particular gifts of the Holy Spirit. Having been
specifically called to the military as our missions field we communicate
His Word to all servicemen and women and their families as He enables and
gives us the opportunity, calling them in Jesus' name to repentance and
faith in Jesus alone for salvation.

Follow-up
The
call to Jesus Christ is a call to discipleship.
Converts are to be nurtured in their spiritual growth to maturity. We therefore,
provide as much follow-up and spiritual care as possible for those who
come to faith in Jesus in this ministry.

Church
The
church is the body of Christ on earth. Its inception, growth, health, and
extension are central to world evangelization. In military ministry we
work with, through, and help equip other local churches to advance the
cause of Christ and the salvation of the lost among the military. The establishment
of a network of Pentecostal military ministry house churches is part of
our vision.

Ministerial Integrity
The
call of Christ is a call to godly living.
Therefore, we are committed to lead lives of holiness, purity, and honesty
so as to bring honor to Jesus Christ in the church and before the world.

Financial Integrity
God
is the creator and owner of everything. Recognizing this truth, we will
be faithful stewards of all that God gives us. We will stand accountable
to God and others in our personal finances, and in the finances of our
ministry.

Our Inner Life
The
call to Christ is a call to personal, dynamic fellowship with Him and a
growing spiritual maturity. Thus, we will exercise the Christian disciplines
and yield ourselves unreservedly to Christ's lordship to be filled with,
and controlled by the Holy Spirit.

Family Life
Understanding
that our commitment is first to the Lord Jesus Christ, we see our family
as a gracious and sacred gift and responsibility given to us by Him. Therefore,
we will be faithful to that sacred trust.

Social Concerns
Our
Lord, Jesus, is concerned for the well-being of the whole person. We share
His deep concern for the temporal as well as the spiritual needs of humanity.
Therefore, we accept our responsibility as Christians and our duty as evangelists
to help alleviate human suffering as much as we are able. |
